1. Who we are
Longevita Pets is operated by LONGEVITA HEALTH, company/licence number 88697, of Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean LONGEVITA HEALTH.
These terms apply to customers purchasing for delivery within the United Kingdom through longevitapets.com. Contact us through the contact page. Returns enquiries should be sent to returns@longevitapets.com.
2. Products and availability
Product descriptions, ingredients, feeding directions and pack information are provided on the website and product label. Images are illustrative; packaging may change without affecting the product’s essential characteristics.
All orders are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, withdraw a product or refuse an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, misuse of the service or another reasonable operational or legal reason. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
3. Orders, prices and payment
The price, delivery charge and total payable will be shown before payment. Applicable taxes are included where required. Payment is processed through PayPal. We do not receive or store the full payment-card details entered with PayPal.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order. A contract is formed when payment is successfully captured and we send confirmation that the order has been accepted. Please check the delivery information before paying.
4. Delivery
We sell and deliver only within the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch paid orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timing and tracked postage charges will be shown at checkout when ordering opens. Further details appear in our Delivery and Returns Policy.
5. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to cancel an online order, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Products must remain unopened, unused and in resaleable condition.
For health and hygiene protection, a tub whose safety seal has been opened cannot be returned merely because the customer has changed their mind. This restriction does not affect legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Customers pay return postage for an unopened change-of-mind return. We pay reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Full instructions and the cancellation form are in our Delivery and Returns Policy.
6. Safe and appropriate product use
Longevita Pets Multivitamin Dog Chews are complementary pet products and are not veterinary medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Follow the product label, feeding guide and storage instructions. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
Ask a veterinary professional before use if your dog has a medical condition, takes medication, is pregnant or nursing, is undergoing treatment, or has known allergies or dietary sensitivities. Stop use and obtain veterinary advice if an adverse reaction occurs. Keep the product away from children and prevent animals from accessing more than the recommended serving.
Nothing on the website replaces veterinary diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, contact a veterinary professional immediately.
7. Longevita Pets Club
Club membership is free. Members receive a 12-digit membership number and can view eligible purchases and points. A physical membership card is optional and sold separately.
Eligible Multivitamin Dog Chews purchases currently earn 100 points per tub. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not awarded on postage, membership cards, cancelled orders, refunded items or fraudulent transactions. Available rewards and redemption thresholds will be displayed before redemption is enabled. We may change the programme on reasonable notice, but will not remove points already correctly earned without a valid reason such as refund, error or misuse.
8. Organisation allocation
A customer may select ESA Registry or Assistance Dogs UK and provide a 12-digit registration number. For an eligible dog-chews sale, five per cent of the product value before discounts is allocated to the selected organisation. Postage, discounts and membership-card purchases are excluded.
The registration number is recorded as supplied and is not checked against an external registry. The allocation is made by Longevita Pets; it is not a charitable donation made by the customer and no tax relief is promised.
9. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your membership passcode confidential and for providing accurate information. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect members, investigate misuse or comply with law.
10. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect use contrary to the label or veterinary advice, or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory protections that apply where a UK consumer lives. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts where the law permits.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to products, services or law. The effective date will appear at the top. Terms applying when an order was accepted continue to govern that order.
